The EU Settlement Scheme
As part of our Brexit preparations, the council is asking partners, stakeholders and community representatives to help spread the word about the EU Settlement Scheme
The EU Settlement Scheme is run by the Home Office and is intended to ensure that EU citizens who live in the UK can continue to live, work and study here as they do now. EU citizens have until June 2021 to apply – or December 2020 if the UK leaves the EU without a deal.
Details of the scheme can be found at www.gov.uk.
Anyone who needs help and support applying to the scheme can either telephone We are Digital on 03333 445675 for an appointment at the Viables Centre in Basingstoke.
Or contact Basingstoke, or Tadley, Citizens Advice on 03444 111 306 or Mobile 0300 3300 650.
