Simon Bound
Borough Councillor
Simon is Deputy Leader of Basingstoke and Deane council and is the borough councillor for Rooksdown Ward. Elected in 2015, he is currently the Cabinet Member for Communities, Culture and Partnerships. Simon is very active in the community and attends all the parish council meetings. He lives in Rooksdown and can usually be found at the community centre, where he leads he is the manager.
